The business and affairs of the Highland Lakes Homeowners Association are
managed by an elected board of volunteer directors. The current
officers of the Board are:

In addition to these elected officers, there are a number of appointed
committees (Covenants, Architectural, Newsletter, Neighborhood Watch,
Community Relations, Beautification, Welcome, and Social).
If you would like to become involved or just learn more about the activities
of the various committees, please contact one of the board members or our

The bylaws governing the operation of the Highland Lakes HOA are
documented here.
The annual general assessment of $600 per year is due on October 1 of each
calendar year. These annual dues are used to promote the recreation,
health, safety, welfare, common benefits, and enjoyment of the owners and
occupants in the community, including the maintenance of community property.
